Protein domain analysis is an essential component of protein sequence interpretation and genome annotation.

This non-specialist training workshop will provide a thorough introduction to the concepts underlying protein domain analysis and modular protein evolution, together with extensive hands-on sessions on protein domain analysis tools, web services and workflows.
